We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt.

Timing

  • Please note refunds typically take 12-15 business days to process from the day they are shipped back to our warehouse.

Prescription Eyewear

  • Returns of prescription eyewear are allowed (for a refund or store credit) and require a $20 restocking fee. We guarantee our lab work, and will rework any prescription at our cost if there is an issue. We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

Multiple Items

  • When returning multiple orders, please use the tracking label associated with the return.

International Orders

  • We do not currently offer international exchanges through roka.com.
  • Please contact ROKA customer service to initiate a return for refund or store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.

Outlet Store / Final Sale Items

  • Outlet Store and final sale items may be restricted to exchanges or store credit only—this will be indicated on the product page.
